TOFANE iBASIS became the vehicle to acquire them and reach the critical size of a global player.
Through its operating brand iBASIS, the group - of which the holding company retains a minority stake - now connects phones around the world. It securely carries billions of communications and data flows to every country worldwide and ensures mobile connectivity when users travel abroad.
Since 2017, we have been fostering a new generation of international telecom and internet players: more agile, more competitive, and more innovative. We enable national operators to focus on their domestic markets while ensuring access to digital platforms for phones without internet connectivity.
